The Cancer War Continues
We are very grateful to God for His goodness to us over the last year of Bill’s battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Your prayers and expressions of love and support have been constant, sustaining, and deeply appreciated. Please do not stop. Bill will be entering the hospital in Dallas June 19 for an advanced treatment (CAR-T cell therapy). He will be in the hospital for two to four weeks depending on the side effects that he experiences. After he is released from the hospital, Barbara will join him at an apartment near the hospital until he is stable enough to return home to Waxahachie. Please pray for our peace, our testimony to those around us, and for God’s blessing on this treatment.
We are also grateful for all the fullness of life that God has granted us during these months. Bill has greatly enjoyed taking up gardening in our tiny yard. Barbara has greatly enjoyed looking at the flowers! Our brother-in-law Donn Beighley helped Bill install a drip irrigation system. We hope to sustain the flowers even though we will be away for weeks.

Five Aspects of Man Revised Now Ready for Field Test
Built on 30 additional years of study and ministry since its first edition, The Five Aspects of Man Revised (FAMR) is complete in its draft form. This version is a biblical theology of masculinity presenting the Five Aspects model of manhood combined with a thorough-going theology of sexuality. Approximately 225 pages in length, this book is not a fill-in-the-blank guide or workbook. It is a theology of man and sexuality based on the masculinity of God revealed in the Person of Christ. This book is offered as our flagship work, providing a framework for leaders and thinkers who need answers for the bewildering and convoluted sexual landscape of the 21st century. Hopefully, FAMR will be a seminal work from which shorter and more specialized works for new believers and boys will follow.

Pray for Woody as she oversees the administration of Five Aspects Ministries from home. She is also busy caring for sick folks, but she hopes to serve you personally in shipping the field test books.
Pray for Bill and Barbara as they seek to do their imitation of Nehemiah, fighting cancer with a sword and building the Five Aspects Ministry with a trowel.
